A flow to explore the pose and the pauses in between. Space to observe and pivot patterns to plant roots that grow your intentions. In yoga poses the body will take the path of least resistance. This is where we can default to what is familiar and comfortable. This class is a challenge to be curious what patterns your body and mind default to, that quietly steer you. We can all fall into familiar ruts that no longer serve us. We don’t suppress them, we consciously and bravely pivot them. This is Self study, go another way. When we can pivot our well rutted roads of familiarity, we can move with more freedom and flow toward what lights us up. recommended: block and strap
